Dpf Removal

Dpf Removal. Most modern diesel engines are now fitted with a Dpf (Diesel particulate filter). This is situated in the exhaust system after the catalyst, and like your average catalytic converter it is there to reduce the vehicles emissions. These filters can become blocked if the vehicle is driven on lots of small journeys, also these filters have a limited life so have to be changed as part of a service which can cost over £1000!!

If the dpf partically blocks it often puts a light on the dash and will not reset until the dpf is replaced. Our solution is simple, remove the dpf and re program the vehicles ecu to ignore at has a dpf. Your emissions will still be low enough to pass mots and it will not effect the running or performance of the vehicle.
